Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our popcorn products and for food safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns on popcorn orders once they have been shipped or purchased.
If any part of your order is damaged in transit, appears defective, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at prudentatlas@gmail.com.
As we prioritize replacements for order issues, refunds are typically not issued for popcorn products. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only if a replacement is not feasible, and will be processed to the original payment method.

Damages and issues
We want you to love your popcorn! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and happily send a replacement for qualifying damaged, defective, or incorrect items to make it right. Please provide your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue when you contact us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund (except in cases of damage, defect, or error as outlined in Section 1):
* All Popcorn Products
* Custom Orders (including special flavor requests, personalized labels/packaging, bulk orders for events)
* Sale Items (items purchased at a discount or marked as final sale)
* Gift Cards
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Our primary approach to resolving issues covered in Section 1 (damages and issues) is to provide a replacement.
* Refunds for popcorn products are generally not issued.
* In the rare circumstance where a replacement is not feasible for a verified issue covered in Section 1, we may offer a refund to the original payment method on a case-by-case basis.
